The host hotel is the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel which is attached to the Richmond Conference Centre. The Marriott Vancouver Airport Hotel is located adjacent to the Conference Centre less than a 5 minute walk to the sessions.
Non – Refundable deposit
All reservations at the CARA 2026 hotels require a non-refundable deposit equal to a minimum the first nights’ room and tax at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your reservation at any time, this deposit will be forfeited.
This policy is enforced regardless of the individual hotel’s standard cancellation policies.
